At Home Volleyball Training

COVID-19 Update 5/2/2020

Here is quick video from Will explaining the updates on the stay-at-home order and Governor Holcomb's easing of the previous restrictions.

As of right now we will not be able to do our full practices for the indoor side until May 24th. We are looking for clarification on whether we can do beach and private lessons in the meantime. Whenever we get updates we will let everyone know!

Phase 5: Week 8-10 (May 4th - May 24th)

All of the info for Phase 5 is below. You can also find it on any of our Social Media pages. We now will have live workouts with our master coaches on Tuesdays and Thursdays!.  

This means there are THREE live segments now! At 1:00pm everyday you can tune in to our Instagram Takeover Live Stream. Then, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday you can follow along with the PSM workouts Live at 2:00pm on their their YouTube channel. And new to Phase 5 are our Master Coach workouts on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:00pm!

Recruiting

On Tuesday, check out this video addressing common questions about the recruiting process. You'll definitely learn something!

Then on Thursday, reach out and make contact with 5 new schools! After that, touch base with schools you've already contacted and thank them for watching your video/viewing your profile, and ask them a question about their school.
